Enjoy the richness of our Boules et Chateaux ice cream, which has a vanilla-infused rich creamy base studded with chocolate truffles and crunchy wafer cookies and swirled with rich caramel sauce.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped chocolate truffles
- 1/2 cup crushed wafer cookies
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
Instructions:
Mix heavy cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until the sugar is completely mixed in
Put the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn it according to the machine's directions until it's the consistency of soft serve
Add the chocolate truffles and wafer cookies while the machine is still running for the last minute
During the last 30 seconds of churning, pour caramel sauce into the ice cream maker
Put the ice cream in a container that can go in the freezer
Freeze it for at least 4 hours, or until it is firm
Enjoy scoops of ice cream in bowls or cones
