Seattle Spring Hill Burger



A flavorful burger inspired by the spirit of Spring Hill in Seattle, WA. This burger features a juicy patty with a special sauce that's sure to satisfy your taste buds.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce and tomato slices for garnish

Instructions:

Preheat your grill or stovetop griddle to medium-high heat

In a bowl, combine the ground beef, diced onions, and a pinch of salt and pepper

Mix well and form into four burger patties

Place the burger patties on the grill or griddle and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness

During the last minute of cooking, add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty and cover to melt

While the burgers are cooking, toast the hamburger buns on the grill until they're lightly browned

In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard to create a special sauce

Assemble your burgers by spreading the special sauce on the toasted bun bottoms, placing the cheese-topped burger patty on top, and adding diced pickles, lettuce, and tomato slices

Top with the other half of the bun
