Low Carb Yogurt Popsicles



On a hot day, these low-carb frozen yogurt popsicles are a great way to cool off. They are smooth, sour, and full of the sweet flavor of mixed berries. Plus, you don't feel bad about eating them!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed berries blueberries, strawberries, raspberries

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, almond milk, powdered erythritol, and vanilla extract until smooth

Pour the yogurt mixture into popsicle molds, filling each mold about 3/4 full

Add mixed berries into each mold, distributing evenly

Insert popsicle sticks into each mold

Freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely frozen

To release popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds
